A Guide Dog for You?

Are you blind or visually impaired and would like to request a guide dog? In order to benefit from a guide dog the candidate must meet the following requirements before being eligible to benefit from a guide dog:

• You are blind or very visually impaired
• You have good mobility and can orientate yourself well outside your home
• You can independently walk a number of routes and have the necessary job offer for a guide dog
• You want to be more mobile and independent
• You love dogs and are willing to offer the guide dog, in addition to his work, sufficient moments of relaxation
